Nepenthes maxima is a fantastic easy growing species and very variable in its pitcher colour and shape. This particular one has remarkably dark lower pitchers and once settled in it vines like mad. It happily grows outside in my backyard in Sydney and has been a very steady grower for me for years, more recently Ive been using it for alot of exciting hybrids in my own breeding program.

All cuttings are an exact clone of my mother plant in the main photo.

Growing condition

Difficulty: Easy

Type:  Intermediate

Water: clean water, such as rain or RO water if the water in your area is too hard

Light: bright, indirect light

Humidity: High humidity preferred
